From Scripture to real life, meals have always brought people together. We see this clearly in the life of Jesus, who often reclined at the table, using shared meals as moments to connect, heal, and minister. MEALS HEAL embraces this same spirit-welcoming women to gather, grow, and journey through life’s challenges together.
The Mission
MEALS HEAL provides a nurturing space for women navigating life-altering transitions such as divorce or the loss of a loved one—by fostering connection, healing, and personal growth. Through shared meals and meaningful conversations, we empower women to rebuild their confidence, cultivate resilience, and embrace a future of renewed purpose, in alignment with WomanGU’s mission of building women as leaders.
